Pareciera ser engañosa la información que publican de "Free tour", al llegar la guia pidio por cada uno de los asistentes 4 euros. Si ese valor, es el ya fijado, es necesario que se indique en las condiciones del tour. Ya que no es como lo que uno voluntariamente quiera dar, me exigieron pagar 16 euros, y si no lo hacia reportaban que no habia asistido. Realizamos el tour con Álvaro. A pesar de que empezamos sobre las 10:45 y terminó cerca de las 14:00h. durante todo el tour no dejó de darnos información y datos curiosos sobre lo que estábamos visitando aunque quizás echamos de menos algún apunte histórico más. Las calles son muy estrechas y al ser un grupo muy numeroso,a pesar de habernos dividido, casi todo el tiempo debíamos ir en fila de 1 por lo que si no estabas cerca de Álvaro te perdías las explicaciones. La mujer que explicaba ha sido muy maleducada, ella decía que no le aparecía en la lista pero tras enseñarle que teníamos la reserva tanto como en Gmail y en civitatis nos dijo de continuar y al finalizar el tour le dimos algo de propina por el tour, me rechazo el dinero y me dijo que era un falso y mentiroso. Insisti en enseñarle de nuevo la confirmación pero se puso delante de todos a decime que era falso y al irnos decepcionados nos obligó a cancelarlo para no quedar mal con su empresa.
