El español era poco claro , algunas preguntas de los turistas no fueron resueltas ,no se brinda información adicional solicitada sobre desplazamiento, transporte en Malta etc , quizá estamos acostumbrados a un trato más amable en otro países visitados .

Tour por las 3 ciudades. La guía Novka o similar nos llevo al bus no se presento hasta llegar a Victoriosa.. Empezó la tormenta y estuvimos en una calle mojandonos los pies y.mo podíamos debajo de los balcones más de 15 mimutos. Había una pareja de sres. mayores se han empapado no se le ocurre mirar en el movil si va a durar. Totalmente mojados hemos subido hacia los minibuses. lloviendo. El autobús estaba con el aire a 18° debía decir que lo quitaran. Lo siento NO la recomendare Ok puntual.

Tour of the 3 cities. The guide Novka or similar took us to the bus and did not show up until we arrived at Victoriosa. The storm started and we were in a street getting our feet wet and we could not stand under the balconies for more than 15 minutes. There was an elderly couple who were soaked and did not even think of looking at their cell phone to see if it was going to last. Completely soaked we went up to the minibuses. It was raining. The bus had the air conditioning at 18°. It should have said that they would take it off. Sorry, I will NOT recommend it. Ok punctually.

Recogída tarde en hotel y tardanza en empezar el tour, se te va una hora entre una cosa y otra. La guía en español tenía dificultades para expresarse y sus explicaciones eran muy superficiales. Lo único que se visita correctamente es la ciudad de Birgu, de las otras dos, ni visita de jardines ni nada de nada. El paseo en barca lo más destacado aunque también tardas lo tuyo en embarcar. No ha cumplido mis expectativas, I' m sorry...

Nos han recogido 20' más tarde de la hora acordada y hemos tenido que cambiar de autobús no sabemos porque con lo que hemos perdido más de una hora de la actividad,las explicaciones las traducían del inglés otra pérdida de tiempo con lo que en lugar de tras ciudades hemos visto solo una y muy poco la segunda de lejos y en la tercera nos daban 1/2h para verla por nuestra cuenta,un verdadero fiasco

Una perdida de tiempo y lo peor de mis vacaciones. Escogimos está excursión en español y acabamos con una guia inglesa que nos explicó cuatro cosas super simples y una traductora hispana que traducía la mitad de lo que nos contaba la guia inglesa. Entendía todo lo que nos explicaron en inglés y la traducción dejaba muchísimo que desear. Aconsejo a la traductora que como mínimo se estudie lo que va a decir su compañera inglesa o maltesa

A waste of time and the worst part of my holiday. We chose this tour in Spanish and ended up with an English guide who explained four super simple things to us and a Spanish translator who translated half of what the English guide told us. I understood everything they explained to us in English and the translation left a lot to be desired. I advise the translator to at least study what her English or Maltese colleague is going to say.
